Spring Means Plant and Planter Season Are Here
Yay! I am so excited for spring and summer to finally be here. I am originally from California and have lived through my second Colorado winter. I am not used to living in a place with snow or dealing with colder weather conditions. I am a wimp! This winter especially was extra cold (remember that Bombo Cyclone Hurricane, winter snow storm whatever it’s called was?)
Well now that it’s April, the grass has turned green and my mind is spinning on ways I can add flowers and plants to our front porch. I already have two planters with topiary trees on either side of my front door, but want to add a few more planters that I can fill with flowers. We have a pretty large front porch, with lots of opportunity to add extra planters!
I am kinda feeling the more simple, modern planter designs, so I have been searching all over the internet for various styles and price points. I am trying to keep the planters under $150 (I would prefer under $100 BUT it’s rough out there guys….everything I like tends to be closer to $100 or slightly over $100). 6. Wayfair’s Shellenbarger Tall Fiberglass Pot Planter
This is a great classic and sleek designed outdoor planter. If you are wanting a planter with a little more height, these come in various heights. It is also made out of fiberglass which makes it weather and rust resistant!
7. West Elm Radius Planter
This planter is on sale right now and is great for indoor or outdoor use. It looks like concrete but is actually very light weight and also resistant to frost! I like the gray, but it also comes in a blue and white. With the cold weather in Colorado, this might be a good option for me.
